KIEV, Ukraine -- Ukrainian Olympic weightlifting silver medallist Olha Korobka has been banned for four years for doping and will miss the Olympics in London this year. Korobka was also stripped of the bronze medal she won at the world championships in Paris last November, where she tested positive for anabolic steroids, the International Weightlifting Federations legal council, Monika Ungar, said Monday by phone from the organizations headquarters in Budapest. The 26-year-old Korobka won silver at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the over 75 kilogram category and had been expected to challenge for a medal at the Summer Games in London. With his 14-point effort on Friday, Stauskas saw his team-leading scoring average take a slight dip.
